Delivery Information:
Once your order has dispatched, delivery usually takes 1 - 2 weeks. Most South Island deliveries are shipped by Southway Transport, while most North Island deliveries are shipped by Kiwi Furniture Movers. They strive to handle everything with care, blanket wrap, hand-load and tie all items, to ensure that they are protected and arrive in perfect condition. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a date and time that suits you.

Below are some simple steps to extend the lifespan of your piece:

• Vacuum regularly using low suction to remove dust from the fabric.
• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods
• Spot clean only with a clean, damp, undyed cloth. Do not use harsh detergents.
• Attend to stains as soon as possible. Blot spills with a clean, dry, white cloth. Work from the outer edge to the center of the spot.
• Do not leave items that may transfer color on top of fabric cushions (e.g. newspaper)
