Q&A with James Limmer, Services Manager at Pact Group, West Coast:
How do you think Coastwood made the process of purchasing and selecting furniture easy for you?
"Being easy to get hold of and responsive, replied to our questions, sat down with us, we had some specific requirements, like some of the stuff was standard but other stuff was made to specific to us. We were willing to take Coastwood's lead in a lot of stuff, they're the specialists so we kind of told them what our need was and let them come up with a solution, which was great. They gave us a couple of different options, different ways of doing things and then worked with us to make the best guess of which one was actually going to suit us best."
How satisfied are you with the quality and durability of the furniture?
"100%. We've had no problems with anything."
Would you recommend Coastwood to other businesses?
"Absolutely, yes and we do. Everyone that walks in the office comments on the furniture and the way it looks and I let them know where it all came from."
